How to make the purchase:
1. Find the items you want and put them in the basket and finally tap "View Basket" in the upper right corner.
2. Read and accept our terms of trade.
3. Enter your personal information and, if applicable, Second delivery address.
4. Check all information is correct and confirm the purchase.
5. Enter payment (card) information and press approve.
We ship all items as package mail, which allows tracking of the package if problems arise. The goods are insured during the shipment and upon receipt please check the contents of the package. If the package and / or content are damaged when you receive it, you must report it to PostNord immediately, or within 2 days of receipt and return the item to us subsequently. JA-Radio is not responsible for items damaged during transport. We always pack the goods with great care, so that the risk of shipping damage is minimized.
We are subject to errors such as typos, price errors, stock errors, price and stock changes. Subject to incorrect pictures and sold items. Applied images are illustrative and may differ from the actual appearance of the product.
At JA-Radio we strive for a fast delivery, so all orders are shipped within 2-4 business days if the item is in stock. During holiday periods and in connection with the sale, there may be Estimated longer delivery time. Should there be any delays with the carrier, JA-Radio can not be held responsible.
Please note that deliveries to Bornholm and other small islands may in some cases last up to 4 days. Delivery to most other EU countries and countries outside the EU can last up to 10 business days.

Purchase to private is subject to a handling and shipping fee of 110.- DKK.
Note: Shipping must not exceed 20 kilos. Please contact us in advance by more than 20 kilos.
You can choose flex delivery when ordering, so the postman puts the package wherever you want if you're not home. Simply type in the comments box where the package must be inserted. NOTE that your package is considered to be delivered once it has been agreed upon and it is at your sole discretion. This service does not cost extra.

CUSTOMS AND VAT
If you order from an EU country, Danish VAT is paid, but no duty is subject to the rules on the free movement of goods. Items sent from the online shop can not be sent as a gift to countries outside the EU in an attempt to avoid local taxes and charges.
However, if you order from a country outside the EU, local taxes and duties may not be attributable to us. On the other hand, Danish VAT is deducted. If so, you will be contacted by the freight company. Please note that this may delay shipping, as the goods will be retained in the customs. It is therefore your responsibility to contact the freight company and pay the subsequent additional costs.
